How to write a SIWES report

An Industrial Training Report is an intriguing yet stressful write-up. It is quite simple but requires a little hard-work. To write a good report, the following points must be addressed:
1. Acknowledgement: This is a page write-up of taking note of the persons who have influenced your SIWES experience, from where you did your training to parents and friends. It may be less than a page or more but it’s necessary that it doesn’t interfere with any other section. Any new topic should start from a complete new page.

Understanding basic colour schemes

The image above shows the color wheel and their combination. The color wheel is made up of three basic set of colors. The primary colors, the secondary colors and tertiary colors. The primary colors are made up of red, blue and yellow. The secondary colors are made up of orange (gotten from yellow + red), green (gotten from yellow + blue) and violet (gotten from blue + red). The tertiary colors are yellow-orange, yellow-green, blue-green, blue-violet, red-violet, and red-orange. The color schemes are
1 Monochromatic scheme: This is based on two or more variations of same colour. It is the use of one colour but with various shades and tints of the major colour. For example, a carpet of deep blue-green with furniture being a lighter value and a wall of third value i.e. a much lighter colour.

Your word for today...

Finally brethren, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Philippians 4:8...:-)

…Is there a problem in the legal profession?

I was walking along the streets of Enugu. I was confused at the interpretation of the new statue and decided to share it here to get your view on it or perhaps the people involved will throw a huge light on it. Consider the two pictures above. The first picture is the statue of the Legal profession, while the second is the recent statue which could bring serious confusion and sort of realization of what is going on in the Legal world.
The first statue is known to be blind-folded which means that justice does not care who gets it as long as it’s fair. Its two hands are spread out on its sides with the right hand bearing a sword and the left hand bearing a weighing balance which signifies equality for both the poor masses and the elites in dishing out justice. The statue is standing straight with its clothing flowing to the ground and no part of the body exposed. Its two legs are both on a platform. This could signify that justice in the past has being fair and just, does not consider any party specially before meting out its punishment and has not being eaten up in anyway by corruption. Its posture is strict and not lousy. Please continue after the cut…

Random question

If you were given a clear crystal to look into and in it is your future. In this future, you get to see the man or woman you will fall in love with and marry in the future, your kids, the place you will work in, how rich and famous you will become, as well as the day you will die, would you look in or run? If not, why? Death is nothing to fear. We will all die someday or be raptured. Not looking in means you don’t get a chance to see your future spouse or your status in life. What is your take on this? Me? I wouldn’t like to see it, because I would feel there is no point of working for anything, when I already know when I am going to die. Which do you prefer?...

RAPTURE: The Second coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ

Ever wondered what it would be like when Our Lord Jesus Christ comes to the earth to take His people home? I don’t wonder. I know. All eyes shall see Him descending from the clouds and His children will be transformed and go up to meet Jesus in the clouds… It’s not by might, nor by power. You can’t force yourself to disappear and be transformed. It will only happened to those who have given their lives to Christ by accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and living the kind of life He lived when He was on earth, forsaking all wickedness of the human nature and living solely for Christ. Renewing your mind day by day with the Word of Life and seeking first the kingdom of God according to Matthew 6:33-34,

“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given you as well. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”(NIV)

When you do these continuously with prayers, your life will change alongside peace of mind from the Throne of Grace. Stop pursuing the things of this world, your heavenly Father knows you need them and he will supply them to you according to His riches in glory, only you have to ask and you shall receive, that your joy will be complete.
